Three levels of Survey.

Basic Survey,

At least two visits, possibly an over night stay. A brief over view of the local area including an interview with the neighbours and local residents. Covering all aspects of the above.

£199.00

In-depth Profile,

Here we would definitely stay over night, maybe twice including a weekend stay. We would gather information from Local and official sources. Some pictures and may be some video evidence of potential areas of concern. A longer stay would facilitate more time to compile greater knowledge and in turn a more comprehensive report.

£450.00

Investigation and Analysis.

With a full investigation we would take the clients instructions and concentrate on the areas of most concern. We could include a much longer period of the enquiry and could be up to a weeklong stay in the area, depending on instructions. The Client would be updated regularly and help shape the course of the investigation.

Price from £650.00 but would be negotiated at the time of taking our instructions.
